What we are looking for:

We are looking for an intern who can assist in assessing market opportunities, outside of the NHS, where we can leverage our clinically validated proposition and build on our excellent track record within CCGs.

Specifically, the project will be split into 3 parts.

  • Phase 1: What does success look like in the market we are looking at? This may include: profiling the value proposition of current players; profiling the commercial models currently in place; interviewing existing players in the market.
  • Phase 2: What strengths can HeLP leverage to enter this market? Where could HeLP improve?
  • Phase 3: Initial test and learn phase with a minimum viable product Each part of the project will be split into roughly 2-4 weeks, albeit there is some flexibility on timings depending on candidate availability, which will be discussed up front.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for smart, hardworking candidates with a bias toward getting things done and evidence of significant contributions to teamwork under deadlines.

The successful applicant will also demonstrate:

  • Good commercial awareness and ability to quickly distinguish key market and business drivers
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly with senior industry and business experts
  • Relevant interests and experience in healthcare, healthcare technology and/or general consumer-facing technology
  • This role is an exciting opportunity to get real-world experience for candidates interested in working in strategy or management consultancy, as well as management positions in industry
